Transporter Agreement

Parties: This Agreement is made between Bringtake Inc. ("Platform") and the individual registered user who offers to carry items for other users ("Transporter")
Subject: This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Transporter using Bringtake to carry personal items belonging to other users. The Platform solely facilitates communication, matching, and payment; it does not operate transportation.
This agreement declares that the transportation service matched with senders through the platform is entirely between users and the platform is only an intermediary.
Transporter's Obligations: 1. Transporter agrees to carry only lawful, personal, and non-commercial items.
2. Transporter must not transport prohibited or restricted goods (narcotics, weapons, cash, jewelry, perishables, hazardous materials).
3. Transporter is solely responsible for customs, airline, and local regulation compliance.
4. Transporter must verify sender identity and item contents before acceptance.
5. Transporter must complete Bringtake's ID verification process before becoming active.
Platform Role & Liability: 1. The platform only provides a matching service between subscribers.
2. The platform does not interfere with any process after subscribers provide each other's contact information.
3. It cannot be held responsible in any way for the content of the transported goods, delays, damage, or loss.
4. The platform is not an arbitrator in disputes between users, but merely a facilitator of communication.
Fees & Payment: Subscribers gain access to all platform services by purchasing one of the specified term subscriptions. Fees can be viewed on this page: https://www.bringtake.com/pricing. The platform does not otherwise participate in or mediate any money transactions, exchanges, or payments.
Liability Waiver: Transporter acknowledges that Bringtake shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the transport, including customs seizures, fines, or disputes between users.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes resolved before competent courts of the State of New Jersey.
Acceptance: By using the Platform, Transporter confirms full understanding and acceptance of these terms

Sender Agreement

Parties: This Agreement is made between Bringtake Inc. ("Platform") and the registered user who wishes to send a personal item through the Platform ("Sender").
Subject: This Agreement governs the rights and responsibilities of the Sender using Bringtake to connect with a Transporter for transporting a personal item. Bringtake acts only as an intermediary and does not operate or control transportation.
This agreement declares that the transportation service matched with senders through the platform is entirely between users and the platform is only an intermediary.
Sender's Obligations: 1. Sender agrees to send only lawful, personal, non-commercial items.
2. Sender shall not send prohibited or restricted items (narcotics, weapons, cash, jewelry, food, plants, hazardous materials).
3. Sender is responsible for compliance with customs, airline, and local laws.
4. Sender must provide accurate item description and photos if required.
5. Sender must complete ID verification.
